By using this Walk for the World webpage and/or participating in a Walk for the World Meditation, I agree as follows:

I understand these terms and conditions supplement any other terms and conditions on the Encephalon website, including any disclaimer or release regarding the Encephalon website or products.

I understand this webpage may be used by me and others to locate and/or create local communities to engage, dialogue, and participate in group Walk for the World Meditations.

I understand that Encephalon does not moderate nor control the conduct, whether online or in person, of these communities or any particular person. ENCEPHALON EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY OF ANY KIND OR NATURE RELATING TO ANY PERSON’S USE OR PARTICIPATION IN A COMMUNITY.

I understand Encephalon does not control or warrant the physical location or space for any particular purpose or suitability used by me to participate in a Walk for the World Meditation. ENCEPHALON EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY OF ANY KIND OR NATURE RELATING TO MY USE OF ANY LOCATION OR SPACE USED TO PARTICIPATE IN A WALK FOR THE WORLD MEDITATION.

I understand that participating in a Walk for the World meditation may come with a certain level of risk and each person’s body response to these various activities cannot be predicted with complete accuracy. I therefore agree and acknowledge on behalf of myself and my personal representatives, executors, heirs, family members, successors, and assigns, to assume the risks of such participation in a Walk for the World Meditation.

I waive, release, discharge, and covenants not to sue Encephalon and its representatives from any liability, loss, cost, damage, expense, claim, or suit whatsoever (“claims”) related to my participation in a Walk for the World Meditation or involvement in a community through this webpage. Further, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Encephalon and its representatives from and against any and all third-party claims associated with my participation in a Walk for the World Meditation and use of a community through this webpage.
